Refund Policy

Last updated: August 18, 2026

UGFTV sells fixed-duration access to a digital television service. Plans do not renew automatically.

Free trial

UGFTV provides a three-day free trial so customers can evaluate device compatibility and service suitability before purchasing. One free trial is available per household.

Before activation

A customer may request a full refund any time before the purchased service has been activated. Contact billing@ugftv.com promptly and include the order number and purchasing email address.

After activation

Because access is a digital service delivered after activation, purchases are generally final once service has been activated. UGFTV will provide a full or appropriate refund after activation when there is a duplicate charge, UGFTV fails to deliver the purchased service, or a material service defect cannot be resolved after a reasonable support opportunity. A change of mind, an unsupported device, failure to use the service, or unused time on an activated plan does not ordinarily qualify for a refund.

How to request help or a refund

Email billing@ugftv.com as soon as possible. Include the order number, account email, a description of the issue, and any relevant troubleshooting information. Never email a password or full payment-card number. We may request reasonable information needed to verify the order and investigate the request.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. PayPal or the customer’s financial institution controls the time required for the credit to appear. UGFTV does not charge a separate refund-processing fee.

Cancellations and renewals

UGFTV plans are prepaid for a fixed duration and do not renew automatically. There is no future recurring charge to cancel. Customers may choose whether to purchase another fixed-duration plan when service time is ending or has expired.

Charge disputes

Please contact billing@ugftv.com before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate quickly. This request does not limit any rights provided by applicable law or by the payment provider.

Legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits a customer right that cannot legally be waived. Where applicable law provides greater protection, that law controls.
