These Terms of Service govern the use of UGFTV’s website, free trial, and fixed-duration digital television service. By submitting an order or trial request, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

Service and plans

UGFTV provides prepaid access for the duration shown at checkout. Plans do not renew automatically. Access begins after payment is confirmed and the service is activated, or after a free-trial request is approved and activated. UGFTV may reasonably review an order or trial request before activation to prevent fraud and abuse.

Free-trial eligibility

One three-day free trial is available per household. You must provide accurate, current information. UGFTV may use the submitted service address, phone number, email address, and server-derived IP information to enforce trial eligibility and identify suspicious or duplicate requests. Similar information may be referred for manual review rather than automatically denied.

Devices and availability

You are responsible for having a supported device and adequate internet service. Supported devices and setup guidance are listed on the UGFTV website. Roku is not supported. Channel, program, event, and feature availability may change because portions of the service depend on third-party providers, rights, maintenance, and technical conditions. UGFTV does not promise that every channel or event will always be available.

Account and household use

The service is sold for use by the purchasing household. You may not resell access, share credentials outside the household, use the service for an unauthorized commercial purpose, attempt to bypass access controls, or interfere with the service. Keep credentials confidential and notify support@ugftv.com promptly if you believe they have been compromised.

Payments

Prices, plan duration, and the total charge are displayed before payment. Payments are processed by PayPal and are subject to PayPal’s applicable terms. UGFTV does not receive your full payment-card number. A browser return page or email alone does not establish successful payment; activation is based on the payment status confirmed through the payment provider.

Renewing service time

Plans are fixed-duration purchases, not recurring subscriptions. When you buy additional service while an account remains active, the additional time is ordinarily added after the current service period. If service has expired, UGFTV will take reasonable steps to begin the newly purchased time from the new activation date.

Refunds

Refund eligibility and request procedures are explained in the Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.

Suspension or termination

UGFTV may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, unlawful use, credential sharing outside the household, interference with the service, a payment reversal, or a material violation of these terms. Where practical, UGFTV will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Third-party services

Payment processing and service fulfillment rely on third parties. Those providers have their own terms and privacy practices. UGFTV remains responsible for its own promises to customers but is not responsible for an outage or act outside its reasonable control.

Intellectual property

The UGFTV name, website design, written materials, and other UGFTV-owned content may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without permission. These terms do not transfer ownership of third-party programming or trademarks.

Disclaimers and limitation

Except for rights that cannot legally be limited, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. UGFTV does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, UGFTV is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Changes to these terms

UGFTV may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date will identify the current version. Material changes will apply prospectively and will not reduce rights already earned under a completed purchase where prohibited by law.
