UGFTV respects your privacy. This policy explains the information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

When you request a trial, purchase service, contact us, or join the referral program, we may collect your name, email address, required phone number, service address including apartment or unit, device type, order details, referral information, and communications with us. PayPal processes payment credentials; UGFTV receives transaction and payment-status information but does not store your full payment-card number.

Fraud and trial-abuse prevention

UGFTV is offered per household. We use the service address, phone number, and server-observed IP address to enforce one free trial per household, rate-limit requests, identify likely abuse, and route uncertain cases for manual review. An exact prior household-address or phone match may prevent automatic trial approval. Similar names, addresses, or IP signals should be reviewed rather than treated as conclusive. Denial messages do not disclose another customer’s information.

How we use information

We use information to process orders, provide and renew service, send account and transaction messages, provide support, prevent fraud, administer referrals, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service.

Service providers and disclosures

We share information only as reasonably necessary with providers that operate the website, email, payments, fraud controls, referral program, and service fulfillment. PayPal processes payments. Customer details needed to create, renew, or support service are transferred to the third-party fulfillment platform used to activate UGFTV service. We may also disclose information when legally required or to protect customers, UGFTV, or others. We do not sell personal information for money.

Retention and security

We retain order, transaction, fraud-prevention, and service records only as long as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, security, dispute handling, accounting, and legal obligations. Access is restricted to authorized personnel. No system is perfectly secure, but we use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information involved.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, or to appeal a privacy decision. Some information may need to be retained for transactions, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Cookies and technical data

The site and its service providers may use cookies or similar technologies required for shopping carts, checkout, account access, security, referral attribution, and site performance.

Children

UGFTV is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
